Pity party alert.
I just finished my 8th week of working out 3x/20 mins. Went to work out yesterday and the gym was closed for the holiday. Diagnosed 9 wks ago and having trouble getting an education class that fits my teaching schedule. Shopping and eating out are so frustrating bc I have so little idea of what I'm doing. Not giving up, just feelings bit discouraged. How on earth do I do this in a world where sugar is in everything? Everything. Some msg brds recommend going vegan, or doing this or that and all this is doing is putting me into an eating crisis. I had one really bad day and my buddy told me that extreme stress will elevate my bs. And to top it off, I feel really guilty for not understanding what my brother was going through when he was diagnosed with this. Sorry to be such a whiney baby. |

Hi there dazed. See a trained dietician. This freed me years ago when I didn't understand what to eat. They will tell you what and how much to eat. Good luck.

Hi, you are over thinking things. Don't worry so much, it's about watching your sugar and reducing your intake, if you don't have time to get to a class, I suggest using www.diabetes.co.uk they have great info on how to better control your levels

It's about watching carbs, not simply sugar. Carbs become sugar in your body. Look up diet doctor
