Hypoglycemic?
Hi, I am new to this app, but my sister in law recommended it after I was diagnosed with non-diabetes related hypoglycemia. They did all these tests and all they can come up with is that my A1C is fine (5.4) but my pancreas is producing 4x the normal amount of insulin. I get real shaky and hot and dizzy and then all of a sudden *klunk* I'm out. This all occurs within like 2 minutes- I don't get any warning. I now have to test my glucose 4 times a day and have ranges anywhere from 52-91. The endocrinologist says there really isn't much to do except keep testing and try to catch it before it drops to pass out level. Does anyone have any tips for me on how you keep your glucose levels in the median? I'm 23 and on my own here :-(

That's strange! I wonder what your numbers are right before you pass out? I've never felt close to passing out but I test at the first onset of hypo symptoms and get numbers between 38-45. I immediately eat something. My clues are that I've normally been rushing around, get hungry, and kind of act hyper and have repeating thoughts. Sometimes I start repeating myself. I've never felt like passing out though. I'm waiting results from a doctor too - trying to sort out what it means to be hypo without diabetes. Had the symptoms since childhood.
