New to the forum, long-time T1
I'm new to the forum, after having started with this app about a month ago. I have had T1 and have been insulin-dependent since the age of four, 48 years ago. Hard to believe. I consider myself very fortunate or just the recipient of very good genes!
Back when I was first diagnosed, syringes were glass, the needles were much longer, and BG testing was done via urine dip strips. I'd get my BG done at the doc's office, but the results were not immediate even then. I've saved some of my old equipment just for fun. |

rubykarl - you can adjust the units in the profile settings on the website or on the settings in the app. I hope that helps! Also know that you can email the log to yourself or your doctor or export the data to save in a format you prefer and print it to take to your doctor. I usually print it for my doctor, and since I export it to Excel, I then go and color code the information so that it's easier for the doctor to look at.
