I still haven't heard anything from admin or support regarding this question. Asked here and sent several emails to support... nothing at all... no response at all. Starting to feel like Hotel California, but can't even check out.

Good luck with trying to get anyone from this company to reply. I challenge anyone to find a single post in this entire forum where someone has received a response! Zero customer support from a company charging rediculous amount for simple sync cpability which is essential for anyone wanting to use this app who owns mutiple devices.

Still haven't heard anything from admin. I want my account removed/deleted/erased. What's it take to get privacy? How hard is that?
