My doctor likes having me email logs from GB but it emails from the beginning of time. Is there anyway to just print a date range?

Yes, emailing them sends them all. Take a look at the "GB Help" thread. Here you will most-likely find the information on creating a Doctor's Report.

I'd like to see Glucose Buddy honor my log duration , set on my log filter,...7 days in this case, to use when emailing my logs.

I did before I posted... Thanks but I think you can easily harvest the log size... You do for the log screen itself... And allow me you choose rather than have to jump through hoops to create a 'doctor's' report...it would make it much easier for your clients and their respective medical help.

I really like this app but find this aspect a bit clumsy.
