Default medications being added on their own

My medication has changed from when originally I was diagnosed or started using GB. So I added the medicine and set them for MG's. But the program GB for some reason has put duplicates in and called them units. I delete them and in a day or so they are back. I don't want the unit ones there and also when exporting they show up as units.

I created a new account to start over as of today. Same thing. Metformin is sold and prescribed as MG. That is the way I set it up but as soon as I do a sync this program changes it to Units.

Go to the website settings and set the med units. See the "GB Help" thread for more information.

Dano that does not help. According to your help section I can only have one or the other. Units or MG's. Unfortunately I am on insulin that is prescribed and tracked by Units. I am also on Metformin which is prescribed and tracked by MG's. If there is something I am missing in the help section to accomplish using both you need to be more specific.

Also I don't know what is going on with the program but it has been days since I have been able to get to this forum and only web access. Getting to here from the app has been impossible and the syncing has been just horrible.

I have written to support but as others have said "good luck in getting an answer from them"

You are not missing anything. There is only one option for meds (either / or), as described in the "GB Help" thread. I, like you, take Insulin and Metformin. I have elected to log only Insulin (units). I do this because both my doctor and I know that I take the Metformin in the same amount every day. The Insulin, on the other hand, varies with each injection.
