XML Parser Error has occurred

I wish this was resolved. We've had the same problem. We even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and then tried to upload all entries again. I've lost 3 months worth of entries. I can still access these on the website, but that defeats the purpose of the app. We've emailed support and have had no response.
