Default Export All Logs broken

I'm trying to use the "Export All Logs" option from the website, and it appears to be broken. The CSV output only goes as far as July of last year. The logs appear in the "View Logs" section, so they're not lost. I just can't get them easily. Anyone else having this problem? I sent an email to support, but haven't heard anything from them yet.

I just checked the "Export All Logs" and the CSV file indicates a beginning date of 11/16/2009 and ends with 03/23/2010. So I will have to agree with you, the current exported CSV file is not all there.

Same here - downloaded logs start Dec 2012 (no problem there) but end June 2013 so missing half of last year and all this year. Tried using Safari, FF and Chrome all on a Mac.

Smile Workaround

I just found a workaround: instead of clicking on "Export All Logs", try "View Logs", click on a period containing the data you need (up to the last 90 days), and then click on "Export Filtered Logs".

Hope this helps.
(until the repairman shows up...)

Thanks @patentrice for the workaround - worked like a charm. Glad I had done a download within the last 90 days!

BTW, I sent a tweet to one of the founders of Azumio (owners of GB) asking if they are planning on fixing this issue, since nobody else has replied to emails or tweets. We'll see if that elicits any response or action.

Thanks for the workaround patentrice. Unfortunately, there's still a six month gap in the middle 'cause I overwrote the file I had without checking first.

I tried emailing support again, to no avail.

Angry Same problem here - Export All Logs isn't working

I'm having the same problem. I rely on the Export All Logs as the data source for my own application that I use in consultation with my doctor. Very frustrating, as the most recent (last few months) logs are missing from the CSV file and the total file size is less than 10% of what it should be. I'll try to contact support and maybe someone can fix this.

Thanks to patentrice for the solution. This has enabled me to get at least what I need. I've reported this problem on their Support page twice in the last three months and received no response. I think its fair to say, therefore, that glocosebuddy is an unsupported product.
