They are not responding to my emails either.
Are you still having this problem? "The desktop display does not reflect Humulin in units rather in mg. the problem is with the Sync." If so; try going to the Glucose Buddy website; My Diabetes; My Account Setting; Medicine Unit; and change that to Units.
