Lightbulb The one vitamin to contol better

I was with my family at Christmas when my grandmother shows me this email she received that looked like spam. I read all the way through the email and realized she may have found something. Cinnamon is a way for diabetics to help control their numbers. I started taking it last week and already my blood sugar levels have improved. I have been taking one pill in the morning and one at night. I bought the CVS brand that is 1000 mg. This seems to be helping a lot especially since my normal used to be in the 270s and now its in the 180's. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with diabetes. Message back if you have any other questions. I have the information it is all on my iPhone in picture form so I can't post the link. Sorry.

I've been adding 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon to my morning coffee with great results. I started around 8 months ago and noticed a more stable blood sugar level just after 2 days of use.
From what I've read is cinnamon will help type 2 but not type 1. Well it did help me with my type 1, and I'm glad it's helping you also.

I was diagnosed with T1 2 weeks ago.

I still have no humolog and yet to see the specialist to be prescribed anything or know how my body reacts.

I've been eating no carbs and drinking cinnamon tea religiously maintaining an average of 125 blood sugar.
