I was happily logging at manageBGL when the price increased by a factor of 6! (Can't afford that.) I'm interested in knowing whether there are any features built into Glucose Buddy to track number of carbohydrates eaten per unit of fast-acting insulin at any point in time throughout the day. If not, is there away to break out food logs or insulin logs separately to simplify such calculations? This is the system that has been of greatest benefit to me, I think, in maintaining normal A1Cs without too many crashes. It also helps to let me know whether I've had enough food/insulin to sleep soundly at the end of the day. Any advice for me? Perhaps I need to learn to use exel (or other spreadsheet program?) to make a calculator of my own. Has anyone tried this?

Welcome to the Forum!

Glucose Buddy does not the track number of carbohydrates eaten per unit of fast-acting insulin at any point in time throughout the day. There is a way to break out food logs or insulin logs separately to simplify such calculations. Most of us use a third party app to log the carbs, my list is here. Good luck with your control and management.
