Import logs from iPod (damaged) to iPhone 4?

Hola a todos, anteriormente usaba un iPod pero este se daño, actualmente estoy usando un iPhone 4 pero no puedo importar los datos del iPod, cómo puedo sincronizarlo?

The only way to import data, from the website, is to purchase the two-way-sync. Currently, the best deal for this is the GB Pro App.
