Default Syncing

When can we expect to be able to sync our Android smartphone with our desktop versions like the Apple version has already?

I would like to know also, great product, but need the extra data base on pc - bigger screen than phone.

I have 57 items sitting in sync but it won't download like usual, I tried emailing buddy help and haven't got response. What do I do? I put three days in at one time, was that wrong? Help

There is nothing wrong with inputting several data files.

Have you previously been able to sync your data to the website? I ask this to make sure that your account has worked before. If you have never synced with the website, please check your user name and password. Remember that these must be the same on all devices.

Yes I've had no problems till last night and it said it was syncing when I went to bed and it was still syncing 8 hours later?

OK, we have established the fact that you can sync. There is currently a problem with your sync, I would suggest stopping the current sync; make sure that you have a WiFi connection; and re-sync using the sync all command. Good luck.

Thank you much, I went in and re-entered user name and password and tried syncing again and it worked. You are very helpful!
