Default I can't email my reading on GB to DR HELP

When I attempt to email the doctor my numbers I immediately get kicked out. Can somebody please help. I suck at writing them down and I always have my phone so keeping a record now is wonderful but I can't send them

Are you using the Android or iPhone version?

Are you sending the logs from the "Settings" menu (IE Email Logs; Email Log Entries)?

Have you previously sent email from your phone, before using the GB App?

I am using an iPhone. Under setting is the email I'm trying to use.

Sorry, that is not what I was asking. "Have you previously sent email from your phone, before using the GB App?"

Have you ever been able to send an email from your iPhone? Just trying to make sure that the iPhone and email account works.

If you have sent emails, from your iPhone previously, then try emailing your logs again. Put your address in as well so that the app will send this information to you. Be sure to patiently wait a few minutes, as it takes a while for the app to populate the message. Remember that if you have several data entries / logs it is going to send them all.
