Default hungry

What I don't get is how my blood sugar can be on the high side (112 fasting) and I'm so hungry at the same time? Not really sure how this all works. Also, the more I avoid carbs which keeps my numbers down the more hungry I am all the time.

I feel your pain. Unfortunately I don't have much advice because I am feeling the same way also. I was just recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It's no fun at all. I wish you the best

Hey ladies. I feel your pain, try upon your healthy fat intake (think avocados, coconut milk, butter, cream etc.) Also, combine your cards with a fat and a protein can help you feel more full as well.
Another suggestion is to use a diet diary app like carbs counter. It helps break down what your eating into fats, protein and carbs so you can plan better. Good luck and it won't last forever
