"Unprocessable Entity Error"
I am new to Glucose Buddy Pro. I have about a week of data and keep trying to sync from my iphone4 to online and the error message I get is
'sync status' An unprocessable entity error has occurred. This condition may be temporary. Please try again. I have tried several times over several days with 2 way sync and 'upload only' with no luck. Any ideas? |

Make sure the username and password are the same on all devices.
Try "Sync All Logs", under Settings. If that doesn't work, reboot the iPhone and try the "Quick Sync" again.

thanks for the reply.
my iphone app account and online account logon and password are the same and it still gives the same error. Also, based on other posts, I don't have the insulins listed as 'insulin' but as the actual drug names. does the password for the actual iphone have to match the app/online accounts too? thanks! Yes, the account name and password MUST MATCH on all devices.
