Default fruit sucks!

I am having the hardest time eating fruit. Anytime I have even a little bit, it shoots my levels up to over 130. Anyone found a fruit that has less of an impact on sugar levels? So far I've had it happen with apples and cantaloupe. I'm really missing fruit. Thanks!

Default Bad fruit

I may be in the wrong thread... but you should stay away from the dense fruits... I eat watermelon or pineapple every night before I go to bed, my average fasting results are 87...

Look for fruits that are lower on the Glycemic Index. Try those that are about 50 or less.
If you want something different, try freezing some grapes.

Underripe bananas are ok for me as are blueberries, clementines and strawberries. Melon and pineapple send me over my 120 limit

Thank you for the responses. I was so discouraged because fruit has sounded so good!
