Re-charged for a previous purchase
I wiped my iPhone and re-installed everything from scratch. When I went to use Glucose Buddy, I couldn't enter my weight until I purchased the add-on, which I'd already done. Thinking it would be a "free" re-purchase like other apps, I went ahead and did it. Lo and behold, I received an iTunes receipt for the charge.
I E-Mailed support about it on 2/26, but never heard a reply. Disappointed. |

Contact iTunes they should have a record of your previous purchase, assuming that the same account, username, etc. was used.
