Dear forum user,

As a student I am conducting a research on the information security of digital caregiving (eHealth). I am studying Information Management at Tilburg University (NL) and this survey is part of my master thesis. The focus of the research is on the information security awareness of patients who use eHealth. Glucose Buddy is an example of eHealth.

I want to ask you to fill in a short survey about your eHealth use and your awareness of security threats. The short survey is completely anonymous and should take you about 5-10 minutes.
