Default Virgina Beach girl Praying this helps.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this so expect a few stumbles. I'm hoping this will help me keep better track of my sugar levels. Seems I'm always pumped up at the Dr apt.; gonna do good, eat right, work out, loose weight, yeah I can do it!. But a couple days latter I'm back in my slump.
I picked up a Diabetic Living mag at the store today and saw this app. Thought I'd give it a try.

Welcome to the Forum!

GB will help you get organized. However, to get to where you need to be, you will most-likely need to make a life style change. Read all you can in diabetes and test often. Good luck with dealing with diabetes.
