Default new gb user. type 1 18yrs canadian

Hey all im new to this app. Im a 27 yr old male. I have had t1 for 18 years now. Thought i had it under control many times but all along had been taught how to deal the wrong way. So here i am almost ready to be let out of the hospital after my second round of ketoacidosis. Soooo not a fun thing to do. Yes i am a canadian. Tattooed to heck and a car lover too boot. Hopefully with my new guidance i will be back rolling down the road in no time.

Welcome to the Forum!

I am glad that you are doing better and will be out of the hospital soon. The hospital stays are no fun at all! Read and learn all you can about your condition, knowledge is key. Learn to count carbs so that you can calculate your bolus injections. Good luck with your control and management.
