This is a question that I feel your Endo should answer. However, there is a sticky thread in the Type 1 section that may be of some help.

this was posted a while ago but if anyone is still wondering, i switch from the pump to lantus in the summer for more freedom at the beach and such. so my endo always tells me to go into the pump settings and add all of my basals together, which you did, and then add 2 units for the first day of lantus and adjust it from there. hope this helps!
