Looks like you might be stuck. If the CSv file itself does not contain either am/pm designators or 24 hour time formats, I can't help. The data simply is not there in the export.

I'd like to know more about the errors you got after allowing the unsigned macros and which version of excel you are running.

I am running Office 2003 with all the updates installed.

The only error is the message that an object is not supported in VB code. No indication of what VB object is not supported.
