Any suggestions for a cook who picks at the food to lower his blood sugar?

Welcome to the Forum!
When you pick, pick those foods that are low in carbs. Proteins are basically free foods for us. Read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance. Two of them will help you a lot. Good luck with your control and management. I'm sure that it will be difficult being a cook, but it can be done.
