Default question on alerts

Hi there I am new to this app and was wondering if there is somewhere where I could set an alarm to go off every few hours as a reminder to test my blood sugar. Or if anyone has a good idea for remembering to test that has worked for them.

Welcome to the Forum!

Prior to the 3.6 version of GlucoseBuddy there was a function called "push-reminder", which did exactly what you mentioned. During the 3.6 versions the "push-reminder" became problematic, mostly due to the iOS 5.0, 5.0.1 and 5.1.0 installations. The current 3.7 version of GlucoseBuddy has removed the "push-reminder". I am assuming this was because they were still problematic. Hopefully, the "push-reminder" will be re-implemented in the later versions. I have resorted to setting an iPhone alarm, since I only need one reminder.

If you're using the iPhone, just set up reminders that are recurring. I'm sure the same thing can be done on Android.
