Default trouble with infusion sets

I recently(10 months) had a baby and have lost a lot of weight. I am having a great deal of trouble maintaining my blood sugar as well as finding an infusion set that does bend underneath my skin(quickset) or get sore and red(silhoutte) within a day or two of wearing them. Has anyone else had this type of problem? I alternate my sites often and have even used my upper butt and thighs but both don't have that much fat to inject with getting a stinging or burning. I am even considering getting off the pump until I can lump up a bit. Any ideas out there?

i had exactly the same problem after my sons birth...i really couldnt find an explanation...i couldnt deal with it so i got off my pump for about 4 months...
my baby i 17-months now and my pump seems to work perfectly for me again...so i would suggest-multiple injections for some time...

I've been on pump for 16 yrs im a young 47 yr oldale and for the past 2 yrs I've had alot of issues w high sugars due to all the scar tissue damage from my sites. I have very little fat and can't place my silhouettes in a comfortable area anymore. I just stated taking shots again (Lantus & Apidra) ,this weekend :-( Wish there was another alternative ! I'm having to take a total of 9 shots a day, so far. This is gonna suck !
Looking for options !!!
Thank you
