Default Reports

My diabetes educator asked for my reports to be sent left to right with each row a new day:

Breakfast Lunch Dinner Bed
118bgl. 214bbl. 65bgl. 125bgl

Is there a way to do this? If I export to a CDC file I still can not get day and time to enter this category. Any help/thoughts appreciated!

It's not easy for me, but you can create an excel macro and draw the information from the exported CSV file. If you don't have many to do, I would just key punch them in for now and maybe you can find an excel guru to help with the programming.

One other thing you can do it to use PIVOTs in excel. You would still need to modify the data though (use macros or FIND and REPLACE).

[1] remove the time from the date values.
[2] rename the event to sort it out. (ex. Out of Bed = 1 Our of Bed, etc.)
[4] Use the pivot tool and the wizard will guide you through.

arprince;

Well done, thanks for that information! I may be able to use that now.

There was another GB User that did some impressive work, using excel macros and programming, if you care to take a look. Here is the link.
