Hi. Judy. 55. 114kg. 170cm and pre diabetes with a big family history so instead of dieting I am preventing my diabetes! Am in Australia and can't add a 6.4 reading for example will only take whole numbers. Any ideas or help welcomed. Thank u and love this forum.
