Opinion
I know,Its really difficult to maintain diabetic body .Regular exercise and morning walk is necessary for diabetic patient .My mom & dad are suffering from Diabetes and therefore , We regularly do exercise in our garden which we have recently decorated with attractive stones,grass and decorative items .
