I have had the problem for weeks. I am guessing (?) that their server cannot handle the huge number of logs being uploaded. Very inconvenient. You have to keep hitting the sync button again and again. This mornings it synced after 5 tries. I hope they are on the problem.

It's been happening for me for 2months now ... How to kill a great app, anybody find something better for iphone?

Should have read the forum before getting the app. Seems the success of the app has overwhelmed the server. I can not access the forum or sync from my phone, additionally I did not realize until after starting the account that it does not sync with the Ipad.

It seems to help me if I'm logged in to the website, and sync my phone then. Without that, I time out. With it, it seems to sync fast. ????

There doesn't seem to be any support for this...and of course the AM/PM thing is just frankly poor coding..

Program looked good and works fine in keeping track of data.
Just wish the sync (Server) was more professionally handled.
It's a real joke.
