2nd pregnancy, had GD first time
I'm only 8 weeks, but I've already started my GD diet and am pretty sure that I will have it this time as well. Luckily, my fasting numbers are good, and after eating they aren't too high. Hopefully it will go smoothly just like last time, however, I do hate having to follow a meal plan. It's just never been my thing.

What type of meal plan are you following? I have type 2 but am pregnant also, so I have been way more conscious of my eating. I'm not on a plan per say, just trying to eat balanced and that so far is working well for me. One thing hat I have learned is not to eat sugary or super high carb foods in the morning and it has stayed pretty regular.
