Double check your Pick Med(s) listing. Make sure that you have the Med's listed as something like "Novolog (units)", [IE Name Of Inuslin with (units) in parenthesis]. I set mine up this way, years ago, and I have never had a problem with the "(units)" not displaying on the uploads.

Take the "insuline" out per the GB Help thread.

NOTE: If you use "Insulin" as a "Medicine" you will not be able to sync. The App does not like this at all. You will need to change "Insulin" to the name of the insulin to sync. Examples of insulin names to use are "Levemir", "NovoLog", "Regular" etc., after you change this you should be able to sync successfully.

Also go to the GB Website; Settings; Make sure that your Medicine Unit: is set to units instead of mg.

I expect that you will find your problem here.

I have removed all the medicine
I have used syncing to make sure that all the medicine was removed
I have added on my iphone 5 as medicine:

Lantus (with unit selection: units)
Metformine (unit selection: pills)

for to day I made 2 entries:
10 units of Lantus
1 pill of Metformine

then I have used syncing again (sync all logs)

on the web after refressing the screen, I get:
10 mg Latis
1 mg Methformine

it is still not working?

Dano,

on my app I am able to determine for each medicine the measurement settings eg units or mg

in web appl there is only one unit setting for all medicine

This is just a heads-up. You can only have one or the other units on the website. (IE units or mg)

I only track meds as Novolog (units) or Levimer (units), since it is the most important to me. I know that I am going to take the pills and so does my doctor, therefore, I don't even track the pills. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
