What are your current blood glucose readings?

Blurred vision can be attributed to high glucose levels over a period of time. If you are currently experiencing blurred vision and you have extremely high blood glucose levels (~300 mg/dl), then this may well be your problem. Once you get your blood glucose levels down to a more normal level (less than 140 mg/dl average) your vision should return to normal. I would suggest that you consult your care provider / doctor on this matter.

Thanks Dano. It's only been one month since my diagnosis... I see an endocrinologist at the end of the month and I hope to have my levels consistent.

I was diagnosed a month ago. My doc said it's normal. So did my step dad (best dad in the world) he was diagnosed 15 years ago. I got some cheap reading glasses at Walmart. Im going to the eye doc Friday. I know I might have to change again, but I have to see. I read a lot at work and home and to drive and play with my nieces and nephews and teach my teens at church. Talk to your doc.
