Default insulin pump

Please someone explain to me how the pump makes it easier?! I've never tried it and pretty sick of injecting 4 times a day with such a hectic lifestyle...

The best things are:
One infusion set every three days or so.
You will learn to count carbs and bolus for your meals.
You can take your "shot of insulin" any time and no one will know that you have taken it. No more running to the restroom.

It is so much easier to change one site every 3 then 2-8 shots a day.
No more carrying around needles everywhere.
Automatically calculates amount of insulin when you enter carbs and so on. Just hang in there and play around with it for a while until you find a way that works, it will be worth it

Default The relationship between inuslin and resveratrol

Resveratrol Impacts Weight and Insulin Secretion in Metabolic Syndrome.

In a study conducted in mice, it was discovered that Resveratrol has the ability to protect the body from the harmful effects of a high calorie diet. It appears that the antioxidant can improve how our bodies handle the food that we eat. Instead of storing fat in the body, our bodies burn fat more efficiently with the help of this powerful antioxidant. Resveratrol can also help improve insulin sensitivity and thus help us lose fat by acting on adiponectin that is produced by fat cells. In another study done in Purdue University, it was discovered that Resveratrol has the ability to block the development of immature fat cells. Learn more about resveratrol please read the article resveratrol benefits.

The study authors concluded, “Administration of resveratrol significantly decreases weight, BMI, fat mass, waist circumference, area under the curve of insulin, and total insulin secretion.”
