Default retrieving lost info

My app was accidentally deleted. Is there any way to get it back??

Which app were you using the Free or the Pro?

The free one. It says I have 47 log ins on the web & 5 saved whenever I "sync" the newest log.

When using the Free version there is no way to get the data back, other than key punching the information back in, purchasing the two-way-sync add-on, or purchasing the GB Pro containing the two-way-sync.

Currently, the GB Pro is the best bang for the buck, if you decide to go that route. The information on how to get the data back using the GB Pro is addressed in the "GB Help" thread.

My food entries don't save or show in my log. I assume the upgrade would fix that too?!

The food entries work just fine. Are you inputting the food items as addressed in the "GB Help" thread?
