No fasting taken? (Changed Dr. Since)
On Met 500 x2.

Me and wife had first child around the same time so I was not paying close attention to BSG levels at first. Things have settled over past month or so and have been watching carbs (and eating good ones), exercising, and taking some other supplements (1.5 g Cinnamon, 600 mg chromium, multi, 500-700 mg of milk thistle). Down about 25 lbs since 8/12 and BSG has been "under control" over past month or so. (Fasting around 100 and rarely ever have spikes over 150)

All above have been helping but I'm also a big believer in almonds. Eat about 3 oz a day and drink almond milk instead of regular milk. This has had a noticeable effect on my health (BSG, energy, overall feeling).

This app and site have been a good resource so far and I've had many of my questions answered just by logging on. Nice to meet everyone.

Welcome to the Forum!

It looks like you are doing well and that you get the Diabetes lifestyle. I am assuming that you have read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, knowledge is what it's all about. I wish you continued success with your control and management.
