My bet would be fresh, in season strawberries with moderation and avoid watermelon if possible. You may want to learn about the glycemic value of the foods you chose to consume. Study, exercise, think, be well!

There are several to choose from and depending on what you want to do. If you are looking to carb count try the GoMeals App and if you are looking to carb count and lose weight try the Lose It! App, both are free. There are other that I am sure are better, but these are no cost. I hope it helps.

I would not eat fruit by itself. I try to have some protein with it, usually a few nuts or some string cheese
I use the Lose It app. I really like it. It has made me more aware of how foods stack up nutritionally. |

If you Need to eat fruit it was suggested to stay with the ones that end with berry. They Have lots of benefits and are in small portions.
