Red face Sara, New to GB, New to Diabetes

Hi there, Just introducing myself as a Glucose Buddy.
I was officially diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in November 2009 and joined GB shortly after & I couldn't be happier with it - its just so much easier than carrying around a paper log to write down my BG readings.

As a new diabetic, I struggle greatly with the meal 'plan' and I find my BG readings jumping all over the place throughout the day - it sure is a huge change in my life, and I'm thankful that I've got the GB to make it just that much more simpler!

Red face Hello

I was just diagnosed in October, so I understand how overwhelming all this is. There just seems to be so much information and so much to learn.

I also am struggling with the meal 'plan' part of it. I am worried because I was so good, even through the holidays, and now I am already getting tired of counting carbs. Hopefully the GB will help make it easier.

Good Luck!!
