Unable to Sync Log
Downloaded app to iPhone and entered results of past month testings.
Then I went online and created an account. I'm able to sign in online but when I try to sync from the iPhone > online I get the following message on my iPhone: Username or Password is incorrect. Please make sure they are entered correctly in Settings > Account info. The account info on the iPhone is the same as my online login info. I followed the instructions to save and re-open app but I still can't sync. Any suggestions? |

Yes, the name and password must be the same on all devices.
When you created your account; Did you get an email from GB Support to activate your account?
