Default ID bracelet

I'm getting a medical I'd bracelet soon. Any thoughts on what to inscribe other than ' diabetic'? Ideas greatly appreciated!

I would suggest that you at least put your "Type" on it and maybe "insulin dependent" if that is the case. It never hurts for the first responders to have the correct information available to them.
