I use it instead of milk in scrambled eggs and French toast.
French toast made with lower carb wheat bread and sugar free syrup. Syrup made with flavoring and Splenda. |

Well, I would prefer milk more then scrambled eggs and French toast.

Try using the vanilla soy milk better for you with lower GI. Don't like the sugar free syrups. I opt for a tab of butter with brown sugar. Any one looking to share recipes? Let me know.
