Default Levels and exercise

Hi,

I've really started to get into exercise and burn about 500 calories at least 4 times a week. After I finish exercise my blood is often very high (16 - 17), why does it do this and what are the best 'healthy' foods to eat after exercise to stop my bloods crashing down as I often find myself going low during the night.

Most of your answers are here. Look for a heading of "High intensity exercise raises blood sugar".
