Good Morning, Just joined GB, Blood sugar has been running 240 on average only because of my bad choices, After talking with the doctor and knowing i need to make a real change, I started walking 2 miles a day at least sometime 4 miles and watching my intake, i have brought down my sugar to an average of 110. This has energized my wife and kids to walk and watch their intakes also, we all have lost weight and are feeling better. I have lost about 15 lbs in 2 weeks.
