new member, diagnosed pre
Hi there... I was diagnosed pre a few months ago and since then I have made a lot of changes. I test daily to help manage my BSL. My question is for the post prandial 2 HR testing, what is the purpose? I've read on some sites that it's to try and catch highs and on other sites I've read that to see how it's come down. I've been averaging about 110 2 hrs after lunch and dinner, although I've has a few highs. Thanks for feedback and happy holidays!
