Default help

I need help with my sugar level. I have 3 wonderful children and want to see them grow up. Any help on snack foods would be great. I thought fruits would be good but I guess those aren't either. Please help

Welcome to the Forum!

Read the first three (3) threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance. Pay particular attention to the Carb Counting 101 thread and the Blood Sugar 101 thread.

It may be the way that you are trying to input them. There is a section in the "GB Help" thread that tells how to input most things. Make sure that you create a med, in the list, before you try to input the med.
