two way sync add on
I have purchased the add on and downloaded it to my ipad. I am currently entering data manually on my iphone so that i don't have to pay additional for the multi device sync. The problem is that there is no way to "turn on" the two way sync option on my ipad. I have read the threads that suggest this and using the sync all logs but nothing is working. Am I making all this effort for nothing?

the only things in my settings are Acct info, get support, email logs, BG tracking, Weight/Height tracking. No option at all for two way sync. I know its downloaded because it no longer shows up under premium goodies anymore. Logged in with same name, but still get the no logs to sync error.

If it is not showing up in "Premium Goodies" it is most likely installed. Try rebooting the iPad by turning it off, with the main power switch, then wait a couple of minutes and turn it back on. Sometimes this is needed. Good luck, I hope that it works.

Already tried that at least three times. Still nothing. Oh well, I guess I will try to find a different app.

It will work, we are just missing something. Read back trough the two-way-sync threads and keep trying.
When you re-installed the app; Did you re-install the two-way-sync as well?

When I reinstall on either ipad or iphone the two-way-sync is unavailable in premium. I'm not sure how else I would reinstall that add on.

Which device are you using as your "main device" for uploading data to the website? I would assume that you are using the iPhone. Therefore, I would think that you would want the two-way-sync on your iPad. Have you installed the two-way-sync on both devices?
