Default strange glucose readings

For about a week now my blood sugar has been spiking before bed for no apparent reason. Anyone have an idea why?

Welcome to the Forum!

Most of this depends on what Type you are, what meds that you are taking and what you are eating prior to this. However, since you posted this in the Type 1 Section, I would assume insulin dependent. Try reading the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, they will help you as well. Education is the key to your success. I can tell you that carb counting, bolus insulin dosage for the carbs, and exercise do work. All of our bodies are different and you will most likely have to determine what works best for you.
