two-way-sync
Hi,
I have been trying to activate the two way sync all day but it keeps coming up with Error, Please try again later. I have tried the same with the no ads add on and that works fine. Is there a problem? Thanks Ian |

That is odd. I have the two-way-sync and my GB App has the advertisement, as I did not purchase the no-ad app, and I have never had a problem with the two-way-sync. I am assuming that you did everything referenced in the GB Help Thread.

mmm, strangely, I can't access the forums from the app either. I think I'll do a reinstall when I get home (with wifi) and see if that makes a difference.

That may help. Turning the phone off and back on (rebooting) also may help sometimes. Also make sure that your user name, password, email etc. is the same on all devices.

I have managed to make a complete plank of myself twice in one day, not quite my record but close! When I got home and found that it worked fine on the iPad, I realised my username was incorrect on the iPhone. I am usually good with technology honest, but at least it has introduced me to the forum! Much thanks for your help Ian |

to get your glucose buddy graphs and calorie buddy graphs to merge to I have to purchase the two way sync in the premium store?

Two-way-sync is for downloading from the website, so in that respect, no, I don't think so.
Glucose Buddy and Calorie Buddy are basically two (2) different apps. I am not sure about this; but I don't think that you will be able to get the information to "merge", as you describe.
