Hi I'm Martha , your getting to much food that my contain to much sugar. Try to not eat whatever you ate or change it up. Try measuring it out I was totaly surprised at what I am doing wrong and how Much more I can eat of the right stuff. Have you been to a diabetic class yet? I have just had my 3rd class . I learn more every time. I have been battling this for 10 years now. I took my daughter with me this time so I can get a hold Of my diet. Do you have support at home can some one help you to stay on track?
