Hi my name is chase dempsay I'm 22. I just got diagnosed with type 1 last week. I just finished my fourth year of baseball at university of houston. I have a love for sports and outdoors. I'm very excited and nervous to see what my diabetes holds me back from relating to my baseball career. Im hoping diabetes does not run my life

There are a lot of professional athletes with diabetes. Just do a Google Search for "pro athletes with diabetes". They didn't let diabetes hold them back and you shouldn't either.
